We will do everything in our power to please our Clients on their product demand. Gift Cards can be redeemed at our studio in Bogotá. Gift Cards cannot be bought with other gift cards. If purchase exceeds the Gift Card you can pay the remaining cost with cash or credit card, or through any other payment methods available at our studio. The gift card serves as a document of the bearer, SUKI COHEN SAS is not responsible for its loss. Gift Cards expire in 4 months from the date of purchase.

After 15 minutes of inactivity, these products may be freed to another person interested in such a product. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
Shipping within Colombia will be carried out by shipping agencies such as Fedex or Mensajeros Urbanos. We ship within Colombia for a cost of 15.000 COP. Delivery times in Colombia are 8-12 working days or less depending on carriers. Purchases made on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following working day. Take into account that Colombia has approximately 19 bank holidays per year. Once payment is processed and the package is ready, we will send you the tracking number and a follow-up to your email. Shipping outside Colombia will be made by DHL. We provide free shipping outside Colombia if your purchase exceeds US$100. International shipping costs for purchases of less than US$100, will be of US$30. Once you receive your product, you may have to pay fees or taxes as applicable in your country, these are not included in the purchase price.
